I’ve had time to calm down…

Reflecting on the football last night where I think it would be safe to say Scotland got a remarkable victory. The best ever in our history? I don’t know, I guess that will depend if we go on and qualify from it. I remember in 2003 when we beat Holland 1-0 at Hampden in a play off for the last Euro champs, but that doesn’t seem of much importance because 4 days later we went to the Amsterdam Arena and got horsed 6-0.

Last night reminded me a lot of that game. Me and 40,000 other Scots headed over to Amsterdam to see the biggest game of the year and I was one of the lucky few to have a ticket. Turned out not to be so lucky after all…

But the days of 6-0 defeats are in the past now, and in the past, they must remain. :)

For those of you who missed it, here’s what all the excitement is about.
