Just finished watching the old firm game over the Internet. Good game, and I guess Celtic deserved to win because Rangers really cheated with a deliberate handball on the line. Don’t really care which of them wins though because my hatred of them both runs equally deep…
One of the cool things about watching the game online is that you get a little chat room running in a window next to the video where stay-at-home expert pundits can share their thoughts on the game.
I especially liked this little conversation between lcrfc1 and weegiedoh when the Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor had to go off injured…

Just like listening to the Radio Scotland commentary when Chic Young and Jim Traynor are on.
Hatred is self destroying Gary, indifference might be a better thought.
I enjoyed listening to the game on the radio on the night and there is certainly a great atmosphere at “old firm” games.
I also watched the highlights on the television last night including the handbags at twenty paces fracas, Scottish fitba at its best.
It all makes for an interesting run in to see who wins the SPL.

Yeah, perhaps you are right… Hatred is a very strong word.
Perhaps I simply despise them…?
I saw a video on youtube where the Celtic fans had unfurled a huge banner at half time with an arrow on it pointing to the Rangers fans with the words “Scotland’s Shame”. Nice to see that friendly rivalry still exists between the supporters.
