Fitness Goal 2011: Second Interval training

Second lot of interval training today. Went a bit faster, I think for two reasons. Firstly, I knew what to expect given the distance etc. and also it was about 10 degrees cooler and with light rain, my favourite conditions :)

Again, with 90 seconds rest in between laps.

Still ended up with headaches at the end, but its only the second time, so cant complain too much.

Quite a wide range between the laps which isn’t really what I’m looking for. I want to learn to pace myself so that it is more even. I’m aiming for around 1:25 per 400m and once that’s achieved, try and step it up to 1:20.

Long way to go.
