As well known Culture Vultures and patrons of the arts , it will come as no suprise that last night Maria and I went to the suburb of Skarpnäck to listen to a wind instrument quintet from the Sweden Radio Symphony Orchestra. (Don’t worry, I haven’t lost my mind, it was free!).
And very nice it was too, although I had had a long day and could have easily dozed off during the performance. Afterwards, I explained to the flutest that the fluet was a popular instrument in many parts of Scotland. She seemed pleased, so I decided to leave the conversation there…
I finished off the night of culture with some middle eastern culture, a kebab from the best place in town (Jerusalem Kebab, Medborgarplatsen).
